Sectional-A - #5 Hudson vs. #7 Marshfield @ Marshfield
While these teams have not wrestled this year, both have been ranked in the top 10 the entire season.  The only common tournament which they both attended was Bi-State, where Marshfield finished 4th and Hudson finished 5th. Interestingly, there were no matches in the tourney where Hudson wrestled Marshfield head to head the whole day.

Sectional-B - #2 Kaukauna vs. HM Pulaski @ De Pere
Again, another dual where the teams have not met head to head during the regular season in a dual format.  The only common tourney was the Pulaski invite, where Kaukauna won the championship and Pulaski finished 5th. In head to head that day, Pulaski went 3-1 against Kaukauna.

Sectional-C - #1 Holmen vs.  HM Waunakee @ Mauston
No head to head dual in this matchup either, but these teams have ran into each other 2x during the regular season in invites.   First was the Waunakee Invite, where Holmen finished as champs and Waunakee was runner up. In the head to head matches for scoring team members, Holmen went 11-1 against Waunakee that day.  The second tourney these teams locked horns was at Bi-State, where Holmen came away as the champs and Waunakee finished in 6th.   Head to head that tourney was flipped to Waunakee going 4-1 over Holmen.

Sectional-D - Port Washington vs. #6 Slinger @ West Bend East ***changed
These teams met 2x during the North Shore conference season and Slinger prevailed 48-25 in the season opener and 60-13 in the North Shore championship dual.  At the conference tourney, Slinger won the title by 71pts.  At conference, Slinger won the head to heads 6-5.

Sectional-E  - #10 Elkhorn vs. #3 Stoughton @ Elkhorn
These teams have not met in a dual format this year, but did cross paths at the BadgerState Invitational, where Stoughton ran away with the title and Elkhorn finished 4th.  Stoughton held a 3-1 advantage in the head to head matchups.

Sectional-F - #8 Mukwonago vs. Pewaukee @ Waukesha South
These teams did dual each other in very early in December, with Mukwonago prevailing 42-26.  They also crossed paths at the Cheesehead, with Mukwonago finishing in 16th and Pewaukee in 25th place.  Pewaukee won the straight up matches 3-1.  They saw each other as well at the Battle on the Bay in early december, where Mukwonago was the runner up and Pewaukee finished in 14th.  The only head to head that day went Pewaukee's way.

Sectional-G - #11 Arrowhead vs. Marquette @ Milwaukee Riverside
Don't believe these teams have ran into each other anywhere this entire season.

Sectional-H - #4 Burlington vs. Oak Creek @ Kenosha Bradford
Burlington and Oak Creek are very familiar with each other from the regular season.  Burlington won 51-18 at the Demon duals and they have ran into each other 2x in tourneys.   Burlington finished first at the Gunslinger and Oak Creek 9th.  At the Highlander Invite, Burlington finished as champs again and Oak Creek 3rd.  In heads to heads at those two tourneys combined, it was dead even with a 6-6 total.

Teams within these 16 who have dualed outside of what is mentioned above:

Burlington defeated Elkhorn
Stoughton defeated Mukwonago and Slinger

Just thought it would help everyone tomorrow night as they grab their popcorn and follow some wrestling.  If I missed anything in this, please let me know!
