i agree with top pound for pound... But, when you have someone, not mentioning names, who is #2 in the NATION you may have to bump him up there!

Pretty simple simple math...if this person had more wins, they’d be higher.  This isn’t a “who is the best wrestler list?”  Please read the directions before assembling....

With out putting to much thought I would say 3 of the top 10 pound for pound wrestlers in the state.
Sam Stuhl               40-6  44-5   49-0    137-11  3x state champ
Garret Joles             33-6  46-5   47-1    126-12  3x state finalist
Jeremy Shoenherr    44-2  44-0   20-0    108-2    3x state champ

They don't count!! They're not from D1.

This is a stat. thread specifically for D1 kids...but when you consider all wrestlers in this particular cohort across all divisions when looking at D1 Scholarships, state championships, and national tournaments...the class of 2018 is an impressive group.  It has been a long time since we have had this many kids ranked nationally and accomplishing what this group is accomplishing.

Beau Yineman never gets the love he deserves.  He had his 100th win at the State Tournament last year and he is 23-0 this year.
