We are extremely pleased to announce the 6th Annual Portage Kick Off Classic.

We have been averaging 30+ % State Qualifiers over the past three years. Come to Portage and get 4 quality matches in a well run tournament with no breaks.

We pride our self on brackets with comparable talent using a very specific separation criteria to get wrestlers the best 4 matches they can with similarly talented wrestlers (Regardless if the wrestler is a beginner or elite). We take 10+ hours to bracket this tournament in an attempt to get the wrestlers in extremely tight brackets.

Pre-registration is now open on trackwrestling.com ...

Here are some of the kind words about our tournament that have been shared on this forum over the last 5 years:

My son is in high school and we can no longer enjoy watching him wrestle in Portage. It is an excellent tourney to start your season. Lots of excellent competition and it moves quickly. Good luck this year Portage.

Great early season tournament - highly recommended!!

We went to the waterpark in the Wisconsin Dells on Saturday and wrestled on Sunday. Kids had a blast!

Last year we had kids from over 45 different clubs. We hope to see you on Sunday, December 11th.

The Portage Kick Off Classic will be allowing track wrestling online registration until 9am Saturday December 10.

With the inclement weather we have been consistently behind last years registration by 10% through the week, so we want to allow more time for people to register.

The 5 man brackets are looking really nice for beginners to intermediates.

The seasoned wrestler will not be disappointed either some of the most ridiculous 5 man brackets you will see at a club level tournament.

The 2006-2007 70 lb's though the 90lb's are absolutely loaded State qualifiers and State placers.  Bracket after Bracket just completely insane !!!

2004-2005 mid 70's through 90's are really looking good.

2008-2009 50's are bringing in some of the best young talent in the area.

We have full mats for 2002-2003, 2004-2005, and 1/2 mats for majority of the 2006-2007.

Come on over to Portage and get 4 quality matches, NO BREAK and get out all before 1:30!!!!!
